Account deletion

Delete your ReferredBy account in the app or request deletion here

ReferredBy supports account deletion directly inside the app. If you cannot access the app, use the support path below to request deletion of your account.

Delete your account inside the app

Open ReferredBy and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot sign in, send an email to support@referredby.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

The email should come from the address associated with your ReferredBy account whenever possible.
Include your full name and whether the account is a client, provider, or both-role account.
If you are a provider, mention your business name so we can identify the profile correctly.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion request to protect account security.

What deletion does

Your login access is removed.
Your personal profile data is removed or anonymized where possible.
Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, safety investigations, or subscription reconciliation when required.
